Description:  Falls are the leading cause of injury and death among Oregonians age 65 and older. Legacy Emanuel is providing a free fall prevention workshop.  The goals of the workshop are to provide older adults information and tools to help prevent a fall and to encourage living an active and healthy life.

Topics covered include concussions and brain health, medication interactions, common reasons for falling, home safety, exercise, and easy steps you can take to prevent a fall.

Free fall prevention items will be provided to participants.
