Listen, Lunch & Learn Workshop - Recognizing the Value of Paid Staff to Villages' Sustainability

Description:
Administrative support and marketing emerged as top priorities from last year's discussions with Village Councils and during the Listen Lunch and Learn focused on removing barriers. Building on those insights, the Listen Lunch and Learn will address the critical transition to hiring paid staff. By moving toward paid staff positions that serve all Villages, we can ensure continuity, reduce volunteer burnout, and enhance our collective impact.
The Staffing Committee has developed two job descriptions, which were presented at the March Circle of Representatives meeting and included in last week’s Leaders Update:
