Let’s Get FAMILIAR™ Food As Medicine, for Independence & Longevity In Aging & Retirement
With every decade, our health needs change. While we feel these differences in our bodies, we don’t often know how to adjust our daily routines. FAMILIAR™, teaches people how their bodies work (and evolve with age) — inviting participants to discover a more informed and positive role in their own health, as well as the health of those they care for.
This six-part series takes a functional whole-body approach: spotlighting common health concerns, while describing the variety of food & lifestyle choices which support greater well-being. Participants are encouraged to attend the entire series — while each lecture is designed to stand alone, material will be cross-referenced and cumulative.
