Description: Cynthia Hively from Impression Dance Club will show us that dancing is for people of all ages, not just the young! Learn the value of dancing for seniors: 1) the physical, mental and emotional benefits; 2) dance moves adaptable for all abilities; 3) how to make dancing a regular part of your life; and 4) easy and fun ways to express yourself through dancing. There will be time to enjoy line dancing! Wear comfortable clothing. No charge. Refreshments served.
